Forest Bathing: Spend time outside extending thanks to nature during a 2-hour Guided Forest Bathing group experience. Guided forest bathing offers gentle, simple, sensory-based invitations to help you arrive fully in the present moment, quiet your mind, and connect with the natural world around you. No experience or special gear needed. This session is open to ages 12 and above (youth under 18 should be accompanied by a caregiver).
Location: O’neill Regional Park. Specific location shared after registration.
Cancellation Policy:
- If we must cancel due to unsafe conditions or unforeseen circumstances, you’ll receive a full refund or credit toward a future event.
- If you cancel more than 24 hours before the event, you may choose a refund or credit.
- Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
- We will proceed in most weather that’s safe.
